Lake Lodoga

I’m sitting beside a fire and toasting marshmallows to perfection. We drove north about three hours to Lake Lodoga and spent the day at a boat competition which involved a floating coffee shop, a swingset, and a cardboard box. The day was a high of 90 and perfect for swimming and paddle boating. Tonight it will be clear and 60, and we will be sleeping on an air mattress underneath a spinning Milky Way, watching Jupiter travel through the sky.
